The device for removing bubbles from electrolyte when the battery is injected. During the injection process of the battery, 

we often find that tiny bubbles are generated when pushed and pulled by the injection pump. This will cause the amount of liquid injected to the electrolyte is unstable,

 if the difference between the upper and lower injection liquid is large, it will lead to low battery energy and high internal resistance. At present,

we use mechanical physical method to stir the electrolyte to break the bubble needle and vacuum away, 

which should be proved that the problem of battery defoaming is greatly reduced. The basic function of this picture is to use two stainless steel pressure tanks,

 the first line of mechanical stirring and vacuum, when the first line of tank electrolyte to complete the mechanical stirring, 

the electric valve opens itself, into the second line of atmospheric pressure tank, through the Jickel liquid injection pump to extract precision injection into the battery.
