How to choose the type of pump?
Different equipment manufacturers, the use of the driving method is not the same: the filling accuracy of the mechanical drive is worse than that of the servo motor drive,
in order to ensure the measurement accuracy, we recommend that the maximum measuring range of more than 3/4 of the use: such as the pump loading range of 1.5-6.9ml,
it is recommended to use above 2.0, higher measuring accuracy.
Can ceramic pumps be used for filling and metering of crystalline and suspended products?
For most crystallized and suspended products, our ceramic pumps can be used. However, we suggest that before ordering the pump,
provide a sample of the product and a description of the filling of the product, we will conduct a simulation test,
through the experiment to design and customize the solution suitable for the packaging and measurement of the product.
Can ceramic pump work at high temperature?
Yes, ceramic pumps can work at high temperatures. However, you must be informed of the working temperature when purchasing the product,
and we will choose the material and assembly parameters according to your requirements to meet your working conditions.
Our standard product is 15-40℃ operating temperature, ceramic pump out and cleaning must be at this temperature before the rod into the pump sleeve.
Can ceramic pumps be autoclaved?
Yes, ceramic pumps can be autoclaved, but the pump must be disassembled before autoclaving.
Why does the ceramic pump turn black after contact with stainless steel?
Because the ceramic material is harder than stainless steel, such as collision or contact between the two, stainless steel will adhere to the ceramic,

Ceramic pump service life?
Ceramic pump service life is affected by many factors:
