Ji kerr injection pump maintenance and maintenance

1. In order to exert the performance level of the liquid injection pump, achieve the best use effect, and then extend the service life of the equipment,

the correct maintenance is essential in the daily use of the equipment, and the routine maintenance requirements and measures can refer to the following regulations:


2. Cleaning and maintenance: After the continuous operation is completed, if the production is not done for half a day or all night,

 special cleaning solution (such as DMC alcohol) should be used to clean the pump body by injecting liquid form, circulating cleaning, 

and finally pumping back. Or it is recommended to remove the ceramic pump cleaning (refer to the installation and disassembly method of ceramic pump).

 Cleaning and maintenance is to ensure that the residual electrolyte will not crystallize and will not produce stuck pump phenomenon.


3. Cycle cleaning steps:


3.1 Clean the electrolyte in the front row of the clean inlet and outlet pipe.


3.2 Insert the inlet and outlet pipe into the container of the cleaning solution, and fill the inlet and outlet pipe with the cleaning solution in the circulating exhaust mode. 

The cleaning solution that has just been discharged contains a lot of electrolytic injection components, 

so it is recommended that the cleaning solution that has just been discharged be disposed of as waste liquid. 

After the cleaning solution is estimated to be drained in the previous section, the inlet and outlet pipe should be placed into the container where the cleaning solution is located.

 Let it do continuous cycle cleaning (exhaust capacity can be set to 500, depending on the situation), at the same time, during the cleaning process, 

use a syringe to suck some cleaning liquid and spray on the ceramic plunger rod. It is recommended that the cycle cleaning time be about 15 minutes. 

After the cycle cleaning is completed, the cleaning solution is required to stay in the pipeline and be discharged in the next production.


3.3 Lubrication Maintenance


When installing the electric liquid injection pump,

 apply lubricant to the connection of the pump,

 and add grease to the connection regularly to ensure the normal operation of the pump.
