You must read our operating instructions before using the equipment.

1. The operator must be specially trained before taking up the post.

2. Assign professional trained maintenance personnel to maintain.

3. Maintenance personnel must read and be familiar with this operation instruction before repair or maintenance.

4. Maintenance personnel must first stop the operation of the equipment and cut off the power supply during maintenance.

5. Safety protection devices and soft protection measures, the whole touch screen takes protective measures to deal with user improper operation, 

so as to ensure that the machine is not damaged. The whole mechanical working part of the ceramic liquid injection pump is in a closed body protection, 

safe and reliable operation, will not hurt people.

6. The machine is equipped with leakage switch, with correct grounding measures, to protect the human body from electric shock.

7. Whether automatic or manual, there is a reliable interlock relationship between the application units of the logic relationship between the front and back action, 

and can not produce misoperation before and after, so as to avoid danger. 8. When the stepper motor is in working state, do not use external force to interfere with it,

 so as to avoid system errors or harm personal safety.

9. When the system alarms, please contact our sales personnel in time to avoid production loss.

10. Work environment

10.1 The stepper motor should be fixed smoothly on the horizontal platform to ensure the stable operation of the stepper motor and the normal operation of the ceramic pump.

10.2 The whole system needs to operate at normal ambient temperature. Due to different liquids, different temperature differences will occur.

 It is necessary to ensure that the temperature of the stepper motor is normal.

11. Other matters

11.1 Inspect the components of the machine for abnormalities before starting each shift.

11.2 Do not attempt to touch the moving parts of the equipment during operation to avoid injury.

11.3 Before operation, please determine whether the liquid storage tank has electrolyte, if not, replace or add.

11.4 In case of emergency during operation, press the stop button immediately to stop the operation of the machine, 

and the machine can be recovered after the fault is rectified.

11.5 Keep the equipment clean and free of debris and utensils.

11.6 Periodically check the fastening screws in all parts, and do not loose them.

11.7 Check the injection accuracy of the injection pump regularly.

11.8 Clean the liquid injection pump regularly (pump core soaked with DMC or alcohol) and clean the stains and residual liquid in all parts of the machine.

11.9 Before placing the machine for a long time, the dirt should be removed.
